As part of the Founder’s Week celebration, Butler University will hold its first Day of Giving on Thursday, February 11. The goal of this one-day campaign is to celebrate Butler and increase support for student scholarships and the Butler Fund.
The University’s goal that day is to get 600 gifts of any size. Click here for more information.
“Whether you can afford a $200 gift or a $2 gift, every gift counts,” said Mark Brouwer, Director of Annual Giving. “All gifts will help current and future Bulldogs have the same amazing learning and living opportunities that alumni before them had.”
The hashtag #BUDayofGiving will be used as we post social through University, Alumni, and college accounts.
“I hope the Butler community will rally around these challenges and do what they can to encourage their friends to participate,” Brouwer said. “If we can obtain the number of donations needed to meet these challenges, Butler can secure up to $50,000 in additional support—dollars that will directly impact the student-experience at Butler University.”
