Feeling stressed or anxious? Students may join Butler University Counseling and Consultation Services for a free 5-week mindfulness-based and stress reduction workshop. The workshop will consist of information about the philosophy of mindful living as well as experiential activities and strategies to help manage and learn to live with stress and anxiety in a more effective way! The workshop will be held weekly on Monday and Wednesday evenings in HRC 121 from 6:00pm until 7:00pm beginning 11/03/14 and 11/05/2014. It will be the same workshop offered on Monday and Wednesday nights so pick which night works best!
